Introducing a new weekend retreat: Mountain Magic!
You’ll arrive in Portland on Thursday. We’ll head up to Bateaux Cellars for an afternoon and evening of relaxing yoga, good food, and a great night’s sleep - because in the morning we take on Mount St. Helens!
That’s right. We’ll spend the day on Friday hiking to the summit of the mountain you see in that photo. It’s around 10 miles and you’ll gain (and then lose ) 4500’ of elevation.
You MUST be an experienced hiker/trail runner who has the fitness to complete this challenging hike without issue. It will require training, planning, and appropriate packing (there will be snow at the top).
We’ll celebrate Friday evening with delicious food and wine and then continue a weekend of yoga, relaxation, and self-care until we part ways on Sunday afternoon.
